I have gained great clarity around who I am and what I value, and making that tangible. This has been really powerful, especially as I am mid-career and wondering what I want to spend the second half of my working life on. This has been transformational and I am so grateful for it.
Clare and Ruth’s coaching practice is strongly rooted in evidence theory and experience. Flexible and tailored to the individual. Supportive, open and encouraging.
I sought coaching due to challenges with confidence and concerns about burnout and anxiety around my career position. I can honestly say this process has changed how I feel and am able to work.
Clare was able to hold up a mirror to my thoughts and show me them in a way that was calm and objective. She helped me to see where I was struggling due to trying to do too much and supported me to understand the impacts of over-burden.
It has given me confidence and a frame work to build on trusting the process and myself.
The coaches were empathetic to our issues and concerns, They involved everyone in the group and gently questioned quieter members to encourage their participation. They are approachable and have an open and friendly manner, which is helpful when discussing issues that can be challenging for some.

Excellent skilled facilitation with potent and empathic delivery.
Over the course of the sessions I really felt layers were peeling away, in a very calm way. I don’t know if there was a formula, but the responses and tactics felt very personal and very natural. There was a framework but it was flexible enough to react to things that arose.
The most tangible immediate benefit of my coaching sessions with Clare, is a calming of the chaos in my brain trying to figure out where I was at. I feel that has led to my confidence coming back.
