Dr Clare Glennan

Dr Clare Glennan is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a chartered psychologist specialising in coaching psychology. With a deep understanding of human development and psychological principles, Clare supports individuals in achieving their untapped potential and enhance their growth, perfrormance, and well-being.

Her coaching services are tailored to help clients enhance self-awareness, improve emotional resilience, and overcome barriers to success. Over the course of the sessions I really felt layers were peeling away, in a very calm way. I don’t know if there was a formula, but the responses and tactics felt very personal and very natural. There was a framework but it was flexible enough to react to things that arose.
